Fruit – Fish – Wine
Under the motto "Fruit – Fish – Wine", we use local and seasonal products – fresh from the region. Fresh on the table! From the famous Lake Constance fruit, to the freshly caught fish from Lake Constance, to the fine wines that we select exclusively from the vineyard next door. In our modern but cosy restaurant you can enjoy professional service and the right ambience for your very personal moments of pleasure.

Fine wines
Fine cuisine also needs the right wine. We source most of our wines and fruit brandies directly from the neighbourhood. Naturally from organic cultivation. At the Haug wine and fruit estate next door, you can find out more about wine-growing during a wine tasting and meet the "wine companion" for the evening menu at the Hotel Schönau restaurant.

The fertile Lake Constance region is known for its richness and diversity. We are delighted to be able to serve you this regional variety from Lake Constance, the vineyards and the fruit and vegetable meadows in our hotel restaurant. We source most of our wines and fruit directly from the neighbouring Haug wine and fruit estate. Freshly caught Lake Constance fish is also on our menu of culinary delights.
