Regional Cuisine
The fertile region of Lake Constance is well-known for its richness and variety. We are proud to be able to offer you a great selection of local produce from the Lake of Constance and from the vineyards and the fruit and vegetable fields, in our hotel and restaurant. Let yourself be surprised and try out the Swabian cuisine which is both creative and regional. We obtain our wines and fruits directly from the neighbouring winery and fruit farm Haug and the fish from Lake Constance are one of the highlights on our menu.

Fruit - Fish - Wine
We use local and seasonal products from the region of Lake Constance under the motto “fruit – fish – wine”. Freshly prepared and straight onto the table! You can choose from the fruit which is well-known from the region of Lake Constance, to freshly caught fish from the lake to fine wines from the winery located directly next to our hotel and restaurant. Enjoy the professional service and the stylish ambience in our modern but cosy restaurant.

Fine Wines & Spirits
The perfect partner to good food is of course the corresponding wine. We obtain our wines and fruit brandies from suppliers in the local vicinity, which are organically produced. It is possible to find out more information about how the wines are produced at a wine tasting at the winery and fruit farm Haug, which is located directly next to our restaurant and hotel. Here you can also choose your corresponding wine for your evening meal at Restaurant Hotel Schönau.
